I need to start having more limits on food. Spring Break is really soon....and i know i look really really bad in a swimsuit so i need to start cutting down. i know i'll look fat....ugh i need to start buckling down! and i will!!!
where is everyone going for spring break? lemme know! i'm curious!

| Hey every ana girl out there:
I've learned that it is hard to not eat when you're with friends. I've found a pretty good solution though. Let's say you're at a movie...ALWAYS get water and if they aren't like curious about your weight, don't get food. but if they are, i'd offer to share something, be like "i just ate at home, but i love candy" or something ya know? i did that....it worked well(my friend ate most of the candy anyway! haha)
anyways...i haven't checked my weight in forever and i don't want to yet because i've been doing pretty badly. i will at the end of the week so look for the update on that!!I could really use your support though...

| Hey ladies, sorry about not writing lately...i've gotten behind. I'm dissappointed in myself...friends like have the pressure to make you eat. it sucks!!
but i've been running, just trying to lose calories. i'm not really eating meals during the day....is it better to just snack on little things throughout the day....or like have breakfast, lunch, dinner? which one will make me lose weight faster?

| Just got back from a run!! it was exciting and tiring..but oh well...i'll do anything to just get skinnier...i think you girls know what i'm talking about.
i'm going to post my weight every friday. i hope to lose 3-4 pounds a week...if possible. i hope i can do it.

| Ah...today was good
During school, i didn't really eat anything. I had some of my friend's pretzel and that's it. When I got home, i have an apple, bread, and some cookie dough....but i ran after that and it felt gooooooood.
I'm planning on running everyday now to lose weight and get in shape.
still fasting though
